SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY warrants to the original purchaser/user the foamed-in-place panels to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (10) years from the date of original installation by an authorized representative. After an inspection authorized by us, should any part of our product prove to be defective in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge F.O.B. factory. All door hardware and electrical components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. This warranty does not apply if the walk-in has been moved or relocated from its original place of installation. This warranty does not apply to refrigeration products which are manufactured by other companies who furnish their own warranties. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.

One (1) Year Limited Refrigeration System Parts Warranty

For a period of one (1) year commencing from date of shipment, SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY in partnership with the terms of its refrigeration manufacturers warranties will assist the original purchaser in obtaining warranty service and parts replacement. Refrigeration start-up must be by a licensed refrigeration contractor.

Four (4) Year Limited Condensing Unit Compressor Warranty

For a period of four (4) years commencing from date of shipment, SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY in partnership with the terms of its refrigeration manufacturers warranties will assist the original purchaser in obtaining warranty service and parts replacement of compressor. This is in addition to the one (1) year parts warranty mentioned above.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR INPLIED AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION SET FORTH ABOVE. SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF ITS WALK-IN COOLER OR FREEZER CABINETS, OR ANY PART OR PARTS THEREOF. Southern Stainless Equipment Company shall not be responsible for damage caused in transit, alterations by unauthorized service, negligence, abuse, misuse, damage by war, flood, fire or acts of God. Southern Stainless Equipment Company shall not be responsible for any food spoilage, product loss, transportation charges, labor or other costs in the replacement of any part or parts, or consequential damages of any kind, and the obligation to repair or replace as stated in the applicable warranty or warranties states the entire liability of Southern Stainless Equipment Company whether based on tort, contract, warranty or implied warranty. Any and all parts replaced under any or all the above warranties shall be F.O.B. Waynesboro, Virginia and the maximum liability by Southern Stainless Equipment Company shall be the OEM value of said part or parts only. The warranties herein stated shall not be assignable and shall be operative only in favor of the original purchaser/ user.
