Quotations are valid for 60 days from date quoted unless otherwise noted, and are subject to credit approval.
A signed proposal must be received by SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY before and order can be scheduled fro production. Actual shipping dates will be established by SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY base on current plant-load and material availability.
Terms are net 30 days upon receipt of invoice, subject to approval by SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, unless other terms are expressly agreed upon in writing. SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY reserves the right at any time to revoke any credit extended to the Purchaser because of Purchaser's failure to pay for goods when due, or for any other reason deemed good and sufficient by SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, and in such event, all subsequent deliveries shall be paid for on delivery.
All past due amounts will be assessed a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month. Should collection proceedings be instituted, purchaser agrees to pay all costs including a reasonable attorney's fee.
All orders will be invoiced in full at the time of shipment or ten (10) days after the customer required date unless other arrangements have bee made.
Delivery of goods to a common carrier of a licensed trucker or Purchaser's driver shall constitute delivery to Purchaser, and all risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by the Purchaser.
SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery, occasioned by strikes, lockouts, fires, inability to obtain materials or shipping space, breakdowns, delays of carriers or suppliers, governmental acts and regulations, and other causes beyond SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY'S control.
SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY assumes no responsibility for any and all claims for loss, liability or damage to the equipment, to other property, or for any personal injury arising out of the use of these goods, or arising out of the delivery, installation or demonstration of the aforesaid goods.
SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY reserves the right to make a reasonable charge for materials, handling, office processing or other costs accruing to SOUTHERN STAINLESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY as a result of order changes or cancellations requested by the Purchaser two (2) weeks or less prior to the original shipping date.
